If you're wary about trusting some unknown commercial online backup storage sites, remote-access provider 3am Labs offers LogMeIn Backup (currently in beta), a new service that allows you to use your own or your friends' or family's PCs as online backup sites. Simply put, if your brother on the other side of the world has a huge hard drive with a lot of free space, you can ask him to store your home or office files.
