Too many irritating little glitches and no support
Program appears to work but keeps forgetting my program preferences so that I have to keep entering them. Have been unable to get any support as there is none in the UK - no responses to email and the formums are incomplete and somethimes misleading. Their advertisments blandly state that an advantage of the Pro version is 'support' - well it isn't because its virtually non-existent outside a set of standard, simple errors. Don't bother paying for this - use the free version.
