Overall a good plugin for IE. I have been using PopUpCop for a little while and I have noticed a big difference in the crap that pops up. It can also be configured to block ads(banner ads) from ad servers.
It should be priced so as Everyone could afford it

8.0PopUpCop 2.5 for Internet Explorer does what it promises: it eliminates annoying adverts. Unfortunately, it isn't available for Netscape, Opera or the Mac.

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
