Worst software purchase I have made!

Is this company still in business? I submitted questions to their support 4 days ago after I gave up trying to use it and ran their Uninstall program. I am still waiting for resolution. Even their Uninstall program would not run correctly. It locked up my PC forcing me to reboot.
