I've been using NAV for years and never, ever had a problem with it. (But i do occasionally scan with an online AV, just in case ). Its simple to use and appears to do the job very well. I currently use the 'stand alone' NAV 2005 and use another, far superior Firewall and anti-spyware. Maybe i've been lucky so far..???

7.7Norton AntiVirus 2005 is a tenacious virus fighter that, given its premium price, should also -- but doesn't -- include a firewall. It's a good bet for Norton users who want to upgrade, though.
