Norton Internet Security 2004 review

Wednesday 22 February 2006, 10:17 PM

Customer support may as well be non-existent

My evaluation is based on my experience with NIS 2002. When it works, it works very well. There was a major incident in 2004, however, that caused enormous inconvenience. Technical support personnel were recalcitrant at best and usually totally nonresponsive. A friend's experience in 2005 shows that the company's total contempt for its customers has not changed whatsoever. I will never buy anything with this company's name on it again.
