McAfee VirusScan 8.0 review

Monday 31 July 2006, 10:14 PM

An unbelivable pain in the ASS

I have had Mcafee claim that a file was corupt. My freinds dad came over and fixed the problem. That was 2 days ago. It just started again today saying the same exact thing. Im not going to pay somebody to come three times a week to get mcafee to stop screwing up my computer. The privacy service is overprotective, and an unbelivable pain in the ass.

Verdict

VirusScan 8.0 sports a trimmer profile, a simpler interface and fast performance, but support is more of a hassle than before.
