I cannot name all the bad features as I will run out of space. PC crashes, Very slow, I have broadband and Windows XP. Took it back to W.H. Smith and demanded money back, I was told that as I have used it I cannot get a refund (crap). Threatened to take legal action (Statutory Rights) and W.H.S reluctantly paid me. Very disappointed with W.H.S, do not buy anymore from their store. Will never touch Norton products...

7.8NAV 2004 is still a good choice for first timers, but its minor improvements mean that NAV 2003 users need not upgrade.

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
