Norton Anti Virus 2004 is a piece of junk. After doing everthing the knowledge base suggests, I can't install NAV. Some service navapsvc does not come up .Says can't be deleted even if you try to install NAV .QC was very poor. They expect somebody to pay $29.95 for a call after spending $50.00 for the product.

7.8NAV 2004 is still a good choice for first timers, but its minor improvements mean that NAV 2003 users need not upgrade.
