Won't scan for infections
Purchased NAV 2004 on 23 Feb and have had problems trying to get it to scan. Tried all the fixes that Symantec told me to do, and have reinstalled eight times. System check online says all is up to date. Will not run scheduled scan. Awaiting email 4-5 days. It also slows the system.
