Had to shell out the $29.95 for tech help. He basically told me to return 2004 to Wallmart where I bought it and try to find NAV 2003 on ebay or something. I'm out a bunch of money 'cause I lost the reciept. They still charge for tech support wether they help or not

7.8NAV 2004 is still a good choice for first timers, but its minor improvements mean that NAV 2003 users need not upgrade.

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
