Decent product........Terrible support

I ordered the boxed set of this software after being infected with the SoBig F virus. The software installed fine, found and disinfected the virus. However, I experienced a strange message while attempting to scan the operating system. I emailed Tech Support several (4 times over one week), using the contact routine provided in the software, and NEVER received a response. For this reason, I do NOT recommend this software.
