Brilliant if you're an Outlook regular

As a regular Outlook user the main benefit is being able to search all your files outside Outlook as well as Outlook's own folders, emails, contacts appointments. Find all relevant docs. both Word and outlook folders for an individual takes sometimes only 5 secs. As a recruiter I can find all refs to a candidate emails, word doc.CV/resumes in seconds. Obvious downside is you need Outlook on for it to work but as I use Outlook all day every day it's brilliant, a 'must have'!
