No significant improvement on Office 2000

After using Office 2003 for several months, I am ready to 'upgrade' back to Office 2000. I don't think I have found ANY must-have new features, and many sound old ones -- like Favorites -- have been dropped. Add to this many dysfunctional features, like Word autocorrect and Outlook address book, and you've got a product that's not worth spending good money on!

Verdict

Microsoft Office System 2003 is the most complete suite available, but there's no compelling reason for everyone to upgrade.
