Too much price for features available elsewhere for much less.

For 90%+ of all users, none of the new features will be of any use. In fact, the vast majority of features introduced since about 1998 have added little or nothing to the experience of most users. Because of the way it integrates into the OS (especially Outlook) installing Office is like inviting script kiddies to send over their favorite viruses. And tech support? Ouch. Expensive and you wait in the queue forever. And you pay a fortune to have the privilege of these problems. Sorry, but of the suites listed, this one should be at the bottom of the list.
