OpenOffice.org 1.1 review

Thursday 25 December 2003, 2:47 AM

Fast and easy, OpenOffice 1.1 does it all and more.

Fast and easy, OpenOffice 1.1 does it all and more. It is hard to believe that anything free could be so good but it is. Hello OpenOffice, goodbye Microsoft! I’m especially happy that I discovered this wonderful gem before wasting $$$ in a Microsoft upgrade.

Verdict

This feature-rich, flexible and, above all, free office suite is much more than a refuge for the anti-Microsoft tendency. It works, it’s reliable and it’s useful.
