A reseller's consulting fee heaven

You will have problems that will be ignored. FrontRange wants to offload support to resellers that you pay for. Resellers Love Goldmine! All the features promise a great product but do not always work, ie link to Word, email filtering rules, sync between computers. Not easy to migrate to something else after you set it up, and they know it.
