GoldMine 6.0 Business Contact Manager review

Thursday 16 December 2004, 12:15 PM

GUI and features not worked out

Too many clicks for everything; not optimised; too limited on input data length (even the company name); no support for international characters (Spanish, Cyrillic); dialler doesn't work as it should; email is buggy and old; Windows resize at will.

Too many problems to list here, but I paid 700 Euros for installation plus 700 for training and 1000 for 5 licenses. Too much!

I was looking for a solution to my CRM needs, but found many more problems. GoldMine has many great functions, but the user interface and functionalities aren't worked out.
