Poor design and interface, search is a joke (ever hear of QBE?)Filters time consuming to set up. Won't import tab delim data files! Need Crystal Reports to get at all the data. Calendar is hard to use. This POS was already installed at my office and I've spent the past 18 months trying to like it. Don't bother, it's not worth the time or effort.
