I have used ACT since 1985, and now they want $50 to tell me how to do mail merge.All other versions did this without hiding info. Software does not save changes to fields at all times. Wiill never use again

7.2ACT! 6.0 adds a bevy of new features, including integration with Outlook. For first-time customer relationship management users, it's a solid and usable choice, but GoldMine remains the more powerful program.
