Doesn't work!
I have used ACT since it was just ACT! Now I experience ZERO customer support, or even response. I sent 14 emails for assistance, after the 15th one I got an answer. The software crashes continuously -- it is on a beyond specs server and desktops.
I was unable to export groups, do a mail merge of a group to print envelopes, the system corrupted addresses... basically it is not doing what was touted as basic capabilities.
We have decided to junk our ACT! (after using it for over 12 years) and are trying Goldmine!
Sorry SAGE you have lost a loyal customer and oh by the way... our office is the home of the Small Business Assistanc Center which recommends software to our region of over 250,000 people. ACT! is on our do not use list!
