The heart of the Moblin platform is Moblin Core, which is built on the GNOME Mobile platform. This is augmented in version 2.0 with a new interface built using Clutter, an Intel-owned open-source GUI-creation tool. Moblin is also specifically optimised for Intel's Atom processor.
