The daddy of all IRC servers

Configuration files? No. Messing about with Domains and Zone Files? No. Ease of use? Yes.

IRCXpro is one of the easiest servers I have come across to use and set it up, It's also one of the best. It has all the features of an IRCd, with an easy setup... Even then It has all the extended features of IRCx. What more can you ask for?

A Coffee with that?

Verdict

The excellent IRCXpro is an affordable and easily-configured IRC server for Windows -- and it’s still in development, unlike many older Windows IRC servers.

I wonder, who needs .asia domain? I cannot imagine, what would be useful for Microsoft.asia? Toyota.asia? Then let's register .europe (if .eu is too short). Or perhaps Microsoft.southamerica, Dell.australiaandnewzealand, Coca-Cola.africa... Sound funny? Then why not just use the global and country domains? Or perhaps it is time to drop the domains at all?
