Pinnacle Systems Rebates, Studio 9 & 10
WARNING - If you are purchasing a Pinnacle Systems product and they offer a rebate on the purchase price, be aware that you can not count on Pinnacle to honour that rebate. You will hear "the cheque has been sent," but, if it doesn't reach you, Pinnacle's idea of "customer service" is to say "Sorry - there's nothing we can do." The won't cancel the 1st cheque and issue another. Want to talk to a supervisor? - Good luck!
Studio 9 works great when you finally get all the patches in place. Want to "upgrade" to Studio 10? Be aware that it is not backward compatible with previous Studio projects and already requires numerous patches.
