They've lost my custom for future releases!
I'm new to video editting, but have been using audio software for years so the concepts were not difficult to pick up. At first glances, it seems like an outstanding product and offered everything I could want it to do. However, having done a lot that I was very happy with, I tried to get rid of a 5-second black screen that Pinnacle put in there and the audio from that point on went out of sync with the video. It also crashed my machine twice, which I rarely see with other programs.
