Amazing
Not only is it a major improvement over previous versions, but it knocks down the competition. Even on my 2 year old Dell Dimension, the playback and rendering is fast. If someone is getting choppy playback, maybe they ought to pay attention to the recommended specs. On even my meager system, it's perfect! I can only imagine what the experience is like on a top-tier system.
