I find it easier to install and configure than Windows -- especially on newer equipment that Windows doesn't understand.
Things seem to run a lot smoother than under Windows, and it's less frustrating as well. The equivalent of Windows, Office, SQLServer and Visual Studio plus lots more on one DVD for €60 -- what more do you need?

8.0SUSE Linux 10 is a full Windows/Microsoft Office replacement on one DVD at a bargain price. Home users could do a lot worse, and even IT managers may learn to love it.
