It did not perform as expected and its difficult to contact a technical support for solutions
I recently purchased a copy of the Scansoft converter Professional 3 and installed it in my PC that has Pentium 4 chip .512 MbRam and 40 Gb hard drive, WinXP proSp2.
Indeed its easy to install but the icons for the pdf create, pdf create and e-mail as well as the drop down menu from Pdf create! Did not work.
Another thing is the printer icon has changed the default printer to docucom print driver instead of my normal Canon printer. The PDF create printer driver won’t work as claimed in the literature.
I tried to contact many times the technical support but did never give me any satisfactory solutions to my problem.
