Bad performance with P4 2GHz 512MB W2k


I've got a Iomega REV 35 GB ATAPI, and whenever I put the REV-disk in the reader Windows Explorer stops responding for 5 minutes. If I click on the drive it takes another 5 minutes before my system works again.

I've already changed all the settings suggested by iomega and nothing changed.

Result => bad choice. Maybe the extrernal version would work fine. :(
