good for reliability and ease of use
i choose the 3380 as it is made by HP so I could reassure myself and the company i run that it was a reliable and easy to use machine. which is very important for any business! however, it's not the cheapest. there are other MF machines from brother, canon et al, that pack more features for less money. if reliability, ease of use and easy to source toner cartridges are important to you, then pick this machine. after using this machine for more than one year, i have not had any problems with it.
