from the moment it was unpacked it impressed easy to follow instructions and just as easy to use due to the front LCD panel. software bundled is good but would have liked a little more fax support/software. Print uality is amazing and very fast. doubles as a stand alone b/w colour copier too plus scans to memory card which is very useful. would reccommend it highly for home or small office use!
