Acer TravelMate 8204WLMi review

Tuesday 4 April 2006, 1:21 AM

ALL ROUNDER

I have bought the laptop and didnt find any problems with it. I think the laptop is excellent, I was tempted to go for a Dell 9400 but the size of the screen and weight changed my mind. This is adaquate, powerful and does the job nicely. I haven't used the support and I pray I don't have to -- but it's an excellent buy for me.

Verdict

The TravelMate 8204WLMi marks an impressive first outing for Intel's new dual-core Centrino Duo platform: it's an elegantly designed desktop replacement system that performs extremely well without impacting battery life too much.
