7 out of 17 I ordered in 01/2006 have failed!
We ordered 17 units in January 2006. We have had to replace 5 hard drives and 2 motherboards within 1 month of production. Motion's service has been terrible and they document absolutely nothing (or at least they don't make it available to the customers). Their service managers are more like lawyers than customer service reps.
