Bad Quality, Bad Service, High Price

Battery life with the standard battery is awful; Workmanship is horrible; Wireless connectivity is sub-par; To top it all off, the off-shore customer "service" from Dell is the worst. I just bought my kid an Apple iBook for half the price of this piece of junk, and I wish I had bought myself one to begin with!

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
