Very poor build quality and terrible Acer support
I have had this machine for 9 months now and whilst i was very happy with it's size and features when it arrived, i was concerned about the build quality. Unfortunately this fear was justified and during 9 months the external hard drive packed up, as did the track pad, the rubber feet and bumpers even all fell off! The sound card never worked properly from day one so forget using it with Voip unless you buy a USB microphone. The built in mike is useless. The outer casing scratches as soon as you look at it.
