Don't believe everything you read!

I received my 8600c on Friday; three days later everything is still going fine. The procedure for buying was excellent, I was kept informed and it only took Dell 3 days to build and dispatch the notebook. With the deals Dell run I got a good deal on the 8600c. The quality is good, the keyboard flex problem seems to be more with the 8600 than the 8600c. My notebook makes no noise when it is opened. The features are really good and so easy to set up. The only thing that lets the quality down is the LEDs -- when one lights up they all seem to, but its nothing too bad. Well done so far to Dell I say! If you are thinking about gettin a notebook -- consider the 8600c for true performance!
