none existent customer service

DVD drive died with in a year.
battery died after two years
none existent customer service. I end up calling some sales guy in India to get some reponse.
Even worse, after they finally replaced my DVD drive as it's in the one year guarantee. Their extended guarantee sales man called ans ask me if I want to extend the guarantee. Needless to say I decided not to.

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
