Defective laptop
Great initially, but the camera has stopped working twice. I returned it once, and eventually, despite no reply from Sony support about a refund, a Sony Tech Support guy told me that the camera problem is a known fault with this model. He said it's due to new technologies in this laptop -- a bit patronising. I wouldn't buy this laptop again, or from Sony.
