Dell Inspiron 5100 review Editors Choice Award

Friday 22 September 2006, 6:13 PM

Watch Out, They Break!

I bought my Inspiron 5100 in September 2003. It looked great and ran well for one year. After the initial warranty ran out the machine started running very hot and shutting down and eventually stopped turning on all together. My husband bought the 5150 and it has broken 3 times in 3 years, fortunately he had the extended warranty.

Look for a more reliable brand, Dell does not care for quality of customer service.
