Good sturdy desktop replacement rather than laptop..... who needs Sony support.. easy to configure to your own requirments and switch off most of sony applications
I gave score of 4 for features because the touchpad is a trifle erratic I much prefer my usual usb mouse. Otherwise am very pleased with this laptop which has been across the globe with me in various locations
