This is one of many laptops/computers we have in our house and it's by far the worst buy ever. Our Dell desktops are great, but I'd think twice before getting a Dell laptop. Our Inspiron 4150 is 2Ghz with 512Mb of RAM and is incredibly slow with really poor battery life compared to laptops of a similar age. We are going to try upgrading RAM to 1Gb so see if that improves it but I'm not hopeful.

7.7The Inspiron 4150 delivers a good combination of performance, battery life and features in a reasonably portable format. Add a competitive price, and you have an attractive product.
