Excellent reliability, robust & wear-resistant

I bought this Ultinote 18 months ago and have travelled to America 15 times since then. I have several heavy-duty programs installed and it handles them perfectly. When I did have a problem due to my using it on a soft sofa for many hours causing overheating (a silly thing to do on my part) The support from England (I was in America at the time) was superb. I recently dropped it from 3 feet and even that couldn't faze it! Incredible strength and durability.

Verdict

Despite Intel's warnings about the use of desktop Pentium 4 chips in notebooks, Hi-Grade has designed a system that delivers very good performance and a good feature set with no apparent problems. As far as we can tell, this notebook looks excellent value for money.
