Dell Latitude C400 review Editors Choice Award

Thursday 22 April 2004, 11:14 PM

USB works poorly and support nonexistant

I've had this machine for 2 years. It's worked rather poorly on occasion. Particularly bad is the USB port which is all it has for printing (no parallel port). For days at a time I can't print. I've tried calling customer support but they always assume you don't understand how to use the computer. They give you the run around and then tell you to call back, at which point to always have to start over. Needless to say they haven't helped me fix the problem.
