Poor quality components
Cost me £2500 at the time of purchase (fully loaded). Was surprised it only came with USB1 and CD-R/W not DVD-R/W
Has failed repeatedly over 3 years and Dell Support have consistently failed to return calls or deal with problems (until it was out of warranty). Then they wanted £200 to fix a faulty fan. Casing is made of cheap and flimsy plastic, all in all a bit of a disaster. Steer clear. Dell's cost-cutting shows in the finished product and the support received.
