An exercise in frustration
My experiences of this device have been pretty much a disaster. A great idea has been ruined by poor design and implementation. User-friendliness is close to zero. Reliability also. Resolution of reported problems has been unsatisfactory, in the length of time I have so far been using it (around 3 months). I am now close to removing it and reverting to "proper" security.
