T-Mobile 3G Communication Centre review

Wednesday 29 September 2004, 8:07 PM

Be warned, Wi-Fi will be charged for...

T-Mobile refuse to acknowlege that Wi-Fi is in fact included with this. Despite calls and emails to almost every department, they are still charging me £1.50 per 15 mins use of Wi-Fi. Despite what it says on the press releases, anyone I've spoken to at T-Mobile says that Wi-Fi is not included. Be warned this offer seems to be very misleading indeed!

Verdict

T-Mobile's 3G datacard includes access to Wi-Fi hot-spots as part of the bundle, but its ease of installation and tariff structure could be improved.

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
