Hardware device is diffficult to be fixed, I would rather to use Software to patch any fixtures on it.

Cannot adjust any focus and light quality on the screen.
No bridging conference for 3 or more users.
It wont allow you to move that screen to other area. It limits for us to use it on TV which is annoying because my children wants to watch tv. The device itself is already worn out in less a year of usage.
I would recommend to have Video Conferencing Desktop (software) that allow you to patch any fixtures on that software in your PC and set it up on computer instead of It's tv to allow other family members to watch shows.
