this product does not support the complete h323 standard, they forgot to implement gatekeeper functionality. All you can do to punch it through a good firewall that doesn't let everything out is publish the ports, which means you cannot use multiple units behind one firewall.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
