Not much value for the hefty price tag

Have had continous failures of the hardrives and the rebuild process is not as easy as it should be. Our unit has had more down time than uptime in its first year. We have not been able to utilize the massive storage for anything useful because of it's unreliablity.
On the issue of support, Iomega does an adequate job of trying to support this piece of equipment. They have shipped two refurbished units to us in attempts to resolve the unreliablity issue but with the same result, repeated failures of the hardrives
