Very useful easy to use product
I have owned one of these units for 9 months now. I have found it to work flawlessly. I contacted tech support once about firmware flash and the response was quick and accurate. I just recently added a second hard drive and configured the unit to backup to the second hard drive. Not quite mirroring but close enough for my purposes.
It is very nice to have all data on this unit so no matter what computer you use the data is always online and available. My only complaint is when system shuts down because of power blip you must manually press the switch to restart. A cheap UPS has solved this problem. The fan is a bit loud too but no louder than a computer.
